Responsibilities
The Sr. Director, HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping and executing enterprise business and human capital strategies for our Support Services executives and team. This role will contribute to a broad range of priorities, including business transformation, culture building, workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, diversity, inclusion and belonging, talent development, leadership and executive coaching, and enhancing the Teammate experience.
