LHH is partnering with a growing, innovative organization to recruit a strategic and hands-on Senior Director of Human Resources. This executive-level role will lead all aspects of the HR function while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Location: Fully Onsite near Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes workforce planning, talent management, and alignment of HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Experience supporting fast-growing, technical, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or similar environments preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's HR strategy and operations.
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders across the organization.
• Manage HR policies, programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Utilize HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.
