The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an HR Director / Head of Human Resources to serve as the company's senior-most HR leader and build the people function needed to support its next stage of growth.
This is a highly visible role for a hands-on, tactical yet strategic HR generalist who thrives in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment. Partnering closely with senior leadership, this individual will help shape the company's people strategy while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day HR needs of the business.
The HR Director will be responsible for building and professionalizing the HR function, establishing the infrastructure, processes and programs necessary to support continued growth, workforce expansion and future acquisitions.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a field-based, technical workforce, ideally within industrial services, HVAC, mechanical services, construction, facilities services, electrical, specialty contracting or another technician-driven environment.

Ideal Background
The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience operating as a senior or highly autonomous HR leader within a smaller or middle‑market organization.
Experience supporting a field‑based, hourly and technical workforce is highly preferred. Relevant industry backgrounds may include industrial services, HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, facilities services, electrical contracting, specialty trades or other technician‑driven businesses.
