Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks an experienced HR strategy leader to drive enterprise HR initiatives and align HR strategy with business operations. You will lead complex transformations, partner with ministry leaders, and ensure governance and measurable outcomes across the system.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong consulting skills, change leadership, and the ability to navigate a large healthcare network. Full-time on-site role with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred in HR, business or healthcare admin.
• SHRM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for enterprise HR initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Identifies workforce and operational challenges and develops scalable HR solutions.
• Leads complex HR initiatives from assessment through implementation and transition.
• Translates priorities into integrated HR Strategy solutions to improve performance.
• Serves as trusted advisor to HR executives and leaders on workforce strategy and transformation.
• Establishes governance, measures, and reporting for long-term results.
• Oversees HR Strategy Solutions team and ensures project ownership and accountability.
