Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to oversee Canton, GA dining operations. This hands-on leadership role requires relocation to the Canton area and focuses on team development, client relations, food quality, and financial performance.

The position offers a competitive salary in the six-figure range with bonus potential and relocation assistance. Strong P&L accountability and healthcare foodservice experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience.
• 2–4 years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
