Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead Canton, GA dining operations. This hands-on leadership role oversees the team, client relationships, food quality, and financial performance, with relocation required to Canton.

Requirements include at least five years of leadership and 2–4 years in foodservice ops, strong cost controls, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; P&L accountability and ServSafe are a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven leadership experience and two to four years managing foodservice operations.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, production, purchasing, inventory, and cost controls.
• The ability to lead people, manage client expectations, and take ownership of results.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and develop a strong team.
• Build trusted relationships with the client and other departments.
• Deliver high-quality food and service while managing the budget.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, safety, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Spot opportunities to improve the dining experience and strengthen operations.
