Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field. Preferred: Degree in Logistics.
• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare. Must include at least two (2) years in supply chain/logistics and two (2) years in a management capacity.
• Strong analytical, financial, and ROI-analysis capabilities; experience with budgeting and performance metrics.

Aufgaben

• Provide executive leadership for Supply Chain site operations and logistics.
• Lead strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop annual operating plans and budgets; collaborate with Finance on budget development.
• Align processes with Purchasing and Accounts Payable for integrated Procure-to-Pay.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure staff development and engagement.
