Description & Requirements

Position Overview: The Sr. Director of Analytics leads the strategic development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive company-wide decision-making and operational excellence. This leadership position oversees the entire analytics ecosystem, from data infrastructure to reporting and visualization, ensuring that Intercare Therapy leverages its data assets to their fullest potential.

Salary: $160k

Reports to: SVP, Technology

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Drive data-informed decision making across Clinical operations, Finance, and administrative functions by developing and executing the overall analytics strategy.
2. Create scalable solutions that support company growth.
3. Partner with the executive team to identify and execute strategic opportunities.
4. Lead and mentor the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
5. Establish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processes.
6. Develop and maintain cross-departmental reporting tools.
7. Serve as the primary liaison for data-related partnerships and vendor relationships.
8. Guide development of data integrations and automations.
9. Lead strategic analysis initiatives to uncover insights for business growth.
10. Drive migration from Excel-based reporting to Tableau/Smartsheet.

Technical Skills & Competencies:

1. Expert: Tableau, SQL, Excel, data modeling, statistical analysis.
2. Advanced: DBT, SFTP/API integrations.
3. Working knowledge: ETL processes, AWS Redshift.
4. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
5. Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts.
6. Proven ability to influence and drive adoption of data-driven practices.
7. Experience with healthcare data structures and HIPAA compliance preferred.

Additional Expectations & Benefits:

1. Full-time remote position.
2. Minimum quarterly travel to ICT corporate headquarters (Los Angeles, CA). Must work Pacific time zone hours 8:30-5:30p.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience with CentralReach or similar EMR systems a plus.
2. Healthcare analytics experience preferred.
3. Strong managerial experience with hybrid/remote staff.
4. Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data transformation tools (DBT).
5. Proven experience with AWS data warehouse architecture and optimization.
6. Deep expertise in Tableau, including enterprise-level governance.

Education:

1. 8+ years of progressive experience in analytics and data engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred.
