Kymera Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Outcomes, Value & Access to lead health economics, real-world evidence and payer-focused strategy across its immunology pipeline. Reporting to the VP of Medical Affairs, the role shapes integrated outcomes strategies to optimize patient access and inform clinical decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in HEOR, epidemiology or related field.
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, or related roles in biopharma.
• Proven leadership in HEOR/Value/Access functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Medical Outcomes, Value & Access strategy across immunology portfolio.
• Advise on evidence generation, clinical strategy, and payer insights.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on value strategy across Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, Clinical Development and Regulatory.
