Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and manage client relationships.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
• CEBS designation or health actuarial training desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead client service team in health benefits program delivery.
• Advise clients proactively and ensure superior service.
• Conduct final reviews to align with client objectives.
