Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years pharmaceutical experience with 6+ years of HCP marketing experience required.
• Prior team leadership required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Prior product launch experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of the US HCP marketing strategy for barzolvolimab in preparation for product launch.
• Define the end-to-end HCP journey, including identification of unmet needs, key behavioral drivers, moments that matter, and access implications.
• Establish HCP positioning and messaging.
• Develop and implement HCP engagement and activation strategies, with a strong focus on in person promotion and omnichannel execution.
• Establish Marketing Excellence capabilities within organization.
• Manage medical congress planning and execution.
• Manage annual brand planning processes.
• Build and lead HCP marketing team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Patient Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, and Patient Services teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Manage the HCP marketing budget, including agency and media, and ROI assessment.
