Job summary

Celldex is seeking a Senior Director, Medical Evidence Generation, Immunology, to lead integrated evidence generation strategies across the product lifecycle, collaborating with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Commercial teams.

The successful candidate will oversee post-marketing studies, real-world data initiatives, and external collaborations, shaping evidence plans for barzolvolimab and future immunology programs in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, MPH, MS, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, or Medical Affairs experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting evidence generation, Medical Affairs research, HEOR, RWE, and/or integrated evidence planning initiatives.
• Immunology, allergy, inflammation, dermatology, or related therapeutic area experience required.
• Strong understanding of trial design, biostatistics, bioinformatics highly desirable.
• Experience supporting global and US evidence generation initiatives preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, project leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated evidence generation strategies aligned with Medical Affairs & Evidence Generation (incl. HEOR), clinical development, and commercialization objectives.
• Identify key evidence gaps and develop strategic plans to generate clinical, real-world, health economics, and patient-centered evidence.
• Provide leadership and oversight for post-marketing Ph3b/Ph4 studies in collaboration with IIRs, collaborative research programs, and other initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment of evidence priorities and execution plans.
• Drive and maintain integrated evidence plans (IEPs) across barzolvolimab and future immunology programs.
• Collaborate with external investigators and institutions to advance strategic research initiatives.
• Translate scientific insights into actionable evidence strategies for senior leadership.
• Monitor literature, treatment landscape trends, and payer requirements within immunology and related areas.
• Ensure scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Travel required - 20%.
