Relay is seeking a Senior Director, GTM People Services Business Partner to align people strategy with the revenue engine. You will partner with the Head of Sales, CS, and Marketing to shape org design, leveling, and talent initiatives, coaching leaders and managers through growth, change, and performance cycles.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP-level experience supporting go-to-market functions (Sales, CS, Marketing).
• Proven executive-level advisory capabilities with credible influence.
• Deep knowledge of GTM compensation structures and incentives.
• Experience in org design, leveling, and workforce planning in quota-driven environments.
• Strong employee relations judgment and investigative abilities.
• Fluent in people data analysis and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Become fluent in the GTM business and sales motions; support quarterly business reviews.
• Partner with Head of Sales, Head of CS, Head of Marketing; build trusted relationships.
• Translate business priorities into a GTM people services agenda with clear priorities.
• Coach executives, managers, and ICs; be a credible partner across the org.
