• Experience leading fitness programs within a health club or nonprofit fitness setting.
• Strong people-development and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to drive participant engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructors and coaches to deliver compelling group fitness experiences.
• Develop schedules based on member feedback and data.
• Mentor instructors, develop new programming, and grow Small Group Training offerings.
• Monitor P&L performance and spot opportunities for growth while maintaining focus on member experience.
