The Y in Central Maryland seeks a Group Exercise Instructor to lead welcoming, safe classes that support members’ health and community engagement. You will adapt sessions for all fitness levels, deliver clear guidance, and foster motivation in a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Group Exercise certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Experience teaching group exercise and ability to adapt to varying fitness levels.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and safety.

Responsibilities
