Job summary

JSI is seeking a Senior Director, Regulatory and Grants Compliance to own the grants and post‑award compliance practice, setting the methodology, and driving revenue growth. The role reports to the VP of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance and leads a team including a Senior Manager and individual contributors.

You will oversee delivery, strategy, and client engagements, while ensuring compliance with 2 CFR 200 and BEAD/ARPA terms.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of people management experience, including managing managers or senior-level staff.
• 12+ years of professional experience in grants compliance, telecommunications regulatory compliance, or related field.
• Direct, substantive experience with post-award grant compliance and 2 CFR 200.
• Direct BEAD program post-award compliance and reporting experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance for telecommunications providers, FCC filings, USAC, and state proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the grants and post-award compliance practice, including methodology, tooling, and quality standards.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex, high-risk post-award matters, audits, and inquiries.
• Lead revenue and pipeline targets; manage business development end-to-end with Sales.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, industry forums, and external communications.
• Lead teams across multiple locations and ensure continuity and bench strength.
• Drive integration of processes and be involved in cross-functional collaboration with VP and C-suite.
