Job summary

JSI invites you to join our team as a Grants Compliance Consultant on our Regulatory team in our Austin, TX office where you'll advance broadband grants and drive digital inclusion while growing within a mission-driven consulting firm.

You'll lead post-award grant compliance and telecom regulatory activities for clients, ensuring adherence to 2 CFR 200 and FCC filings, with strong collaboration across legal, finance, and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years experience in grant management, compliance, and telecom regulatory affairs.
• Knowledge of state and federal broadband grant programs.
• Post-award grant compliance including 2 CFR 200.
• Knowledge of FCC regulations, USAC programs, and PUC/PSC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on post-award grant compliance processes.
• Manage financial and reporting requirements per 2 CFR 200.
• Develop and implement robust compliance frameworks and policies.
• Serve as client contact for grant inquiries and provide documentation.
• Provide guidance and training on regulatory matters to internal teams.
• Prepare regulatory filings and liaison with regulatory agencies.
