Job summary

JSI is seeking a Grants Compliance Consultant to support broadband grant initiatives and regulatory compliance for clients in Greenbelt, MD. The role focuses on post-award grant activities and telecom regulatory affairs, ensuring accuracy and regulatory alignment.

You will work with clients to manage reporting, develop compliance frameworks, and deliver training and educational materials. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in grant management or regulatory affairs are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in grant management, compliance, and telecom regulatory affairs.
• Working knowledge of state and federal broadband grants programs.
• Experience with 2 CFR 200 / Uniform Guidance.
• FCC regulations and filings knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on post-award grant compliance and ensure adherence to grant terms.
• Prepare regulatory filings and compliance reports for telecom providers.
• Provide client education and training on regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and project management teams to coordinate grant activities.
• Develop and deliver resources (webinars, guides) on compliance requirements.
