KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives across the Exploration & Logistics portfolio.

This role will identify, qualify, shape, and capture opportunities while building long-term customer relationships and growth strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will partner with division leadership, operations teams, solutions architects, and executive leadership to expand KBR’s presence in defense, federal civilian,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, science or related field.
• 10+ years in government, industry, operational, program mgmt, business development and capture experience.
• 10+ years leading BD, capture, growth or strategic planning for U.S. Government customers.
• Proven success capturing and winning large, complex opportunities (> $100M).
• Strong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and contracting practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD and capture plans aligned with Growth objectives.
• Identify and shape new opportunities across defense, federal civilian, logistics, engineering, and exploration markets.
• Lead full lifecycle capture efforts: opportunity identification, qualification, positioning, teaming, proposal strategy, award.
