Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business analytics, finance, economics, or mathematics.
• 16+ years of relevant experience showing leadership in compensation and benefits.
• Global business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of compensation solutions, including executive compensation.
• Oversee total rewards governance across regional and local benefit programs.
• Gather, analyze, and leverage data to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner with executives to develop executive compensation and benefit programs.
• Prepare annual executive compensation and benefits proposals for review and alignment.
