Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• 10 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Drive Portfolio Prioritization: Consolidate market and horizontal product strategies into one authoritative International priority stack.
• Manage Dependencies & Risks: Own portfolio visibility, investment scenarios, dependency models, and roadmap risk assessments.
• Drive Executive Decisions: Frame tradeoffs, quantify impacts, recommend options, convene decision-makers, and track commitments.
• Enable Market Readiness: Establish readiness standards, identify adoption barriers, coordinate corrective actions, and elevate unresolved gaps.
• Accelerate Platform Convergence: Prioritize cross‑market data needs and align dependencies with global product roadmaps.
• Lead Through Influence: Drive transparency, accountability, and alignment across markets and global functions without direct delivery authority.
