Walmart is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Program Management, to lead the strategic planning and execution of enterprise-level technical programs from Bellevue, WA. You will align business and technology solutions, optimize resources, and drive risk mitigation while mentoring teams and championing best practices.

You will work within the CDI team to securely unify and activate customer data at scale, enabling trusted, personalized experiences across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related area and 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• Option 2: 10 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of complex technical programs across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and strategies.
• Define and implement program frameworks, identifying synergies and eliminating redundancies to optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus on business and technology solutions, addressing dependencies and performance challenges.
• Oversee system design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement by scouting industry best practices and integrating automation to enhance efficiency.
• Manage and mentor team members on technical and program management practices to foster high performance.
