Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Technical Design.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience managing a high-performing team.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and technical leadership.
• Experience with PLM systems and digital development tools preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and lead the Technical Design global organization and strategy for fit and function.
• Develop and execute the global technical design strategy for fit and function across products.
• Establish best-in-class fit, construction, grading, and function across workwear categories.
• Champion functional performance requirements including mobility, durability, safety, protection, and comfort.
• Build a high-performing global team culture with succession planning and growth opportunities.
• Establish and manage the annual operating budget to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee the seasonal technical design process, calendar, and governance to support Go-To-Market timelines.
