Qualifications

  • Six+ years of experience in product development in Apparel/Textiles.
  • Strong knowledge of ink types and execution methods with various fabrics.
  • Effective verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of all seasonal artwork for all product categories while adhering to GTM timeline.
  • Collaborate with global factories and embellishment facilities to develop samples and approve strike-offs; monitor quality and production consistency.
  • Manage artwork revisions and approvals; provide clear feedback to vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish artwork quality standards for durability and wash-fastness across fabrics.
  • Ensure specifications, artwork files, BOMs, and development docs are complete and accurate.
  • Mentor junior product developers and share development best practices.
  • Identify artwork process improvements using PLM and digital workflow tools.
