Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Fenestration in Reno, NV seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead demand planning, sourcing, and S&OP across manufacturing and distribution. You will drive KPI discipline and supplier performance while balancing service, cost, and working capital.

As a senior leader, craft strategies for global sourcing, tariff management, ERP maturity, and risk mitigation to strengthen margins and ensure reliable product availability across North America.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of supply chain leadership experience.
• Experience leading purchasing, planning, and inventory management.
• Experience with S&OP processes across multiple sites.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support growth and profitability.
• Lead continuous improvement across purchasing, planning, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for service, inventory, and working capital.
• Build organizational capability through coaching and development of the team.
• Lead all sourcing and procurement activities and supplier management.
• Champion ERP, planning, and reporting system usage and improvements.
