Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions seeks a Director of Supply Management for the Access & Egress Hardware Group in New Haven, CT. You will lead the development and execution of supply management and supply chain strategy, building capabilities, reducing costs, and improving performance across multiple sites.

The role includes directing Category Management, Supplier Quality, and Inventory/Sourcing, partnering with site leaders, and driving lean transformation while training teams in best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle supply chain management, including procurement and logistics.
• Demonstrated success leading in a matrixed, multi-site environment and influencing without direct authority.
