• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field.
• 7 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 9 years’ experience.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide enterprise leadership across CHW Sourcing Strategy, Transformation, Value Execution, and Supply & Network Enablement.
• Lead CHW Sourcing Strategy & Transformation with priorities, governance, and milestones.
• Own the enterprise value pipeline and identify opportunities to improve cost, profitability, and productivity.
• Translate supplier and network strategies into executable plans to improve cost, speed, and continuity.
