Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with leadership in safety transformation.
• Experience managing people and leading teams or programs.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and change across complex orgs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Amgen's global safety and risk strategy and governance.
• Lead transformation, digital enablement, and AI-enabled safety insights.
• Establish multi-year roadmaps for safety capabilities and risk management.
• Partner across functions to modernize safety systems and decision-making.
• Coach and mentor leaders; foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
