Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director, Real Estate & Portfolio Strategy to lead the strategy, execution, and financial management of our global office, manufacturing, and data center lease portfolio. You will align real estate with hiring, headcount planning, and long-term financial goals, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver data-driven real estate solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field required.
15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, lease administration or related fields.
Experience negotiating commercial lease terms and managing multi-geography portfolios.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee portfolio strategy and asset management across office, manufacturing, and data center assets.
Own lease abstraction database and track critical dates, terms, and obligations.
Lead end-to-end real estate transactions with brokers and legal counsel.
Manage cloud colocation and data center lease terms including power, SLAs, and expansion rights.
Coordinate audits, compliance, and risk management across global properties.
