Job summary

You will translate strategies into actionable plans, manage budgets, coach managers, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, HR, IT. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, operations, or finance.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across assigned functions to meet business objectives and standards.
