Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• 15+ years of similar experience in global internal communications roles
• Proven experience with senior leaders and executive communications
• Ability to translate complex strategic initiatives into clear messaging
• Experience managing change communications and organizational restructures
• Experience supporting multi-year transformation programs and change management
• Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization
• Experience building and activating manager cascade programs and networks

Responsibilities

• Build and run the internal communications strategy for the global operations function
• Translate Accelerate 2030 imperatives into clear messages for leaders and teams
• Draft speeches, town halls, all-colleague messages, and leadership content
• Manage executive eminence for the COO and Transformation Officer
• Partner with Corporate and Internal Communications to align messaging
• Track and report on understanding of the function and change, and improve next waves
• Lead a small team of communications professionals and foster development
• Own content channels and governance for intranet, newsletters, video and collaboration platforms
