The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Senior Americas Manufacturing Operations Director to lead one of Lubrizol Additives' major manufacturing groups. The role oversees 1,000+ employees across multiple US facilities and Brazil, with budgets exceeding $180M OPEX and $30-40M/year in capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or advanced chemistry degree with manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 10 years manufacturing leadership in the chemical industry.
• Previous Plant Manager roles and experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Represent six plants on the global manufacturing team and regional business team.
• Partner with business and commercial teams using a collaborative approach.
• Cascade the vision for operations and develop a regional improvement strategy.
• Lead safety culture and reduce OSHA incidents through process safety standards.
• Ensure environmental regulatory compliance across facilities.
• Manage regional OPEX budget >$180M and capital budget $30-40M/year.
• Improve asset reliability and maximize OEE.
• Develop talent reviews and succession planning.
