Job summary
The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Director, Corporate Process Safety Management to shape and advance the company’s global process safety strategy across its chemicals, polymers, and medical products businesses. You will establish the vision for process safety excellence and drive governance and risk-management capabilities worldwide.
You will lead a team of process safety professionals, advance PHA/LOPA, PSI governance, and MOC while partnering with regional leaders to strengthen safety
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 12+ years in PSM, engineering, or high-hazard operations.
- CCPS and relevant certifications preferred.
- Experience with risk management and process safety programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global framework for process safety management.
- Oversee PHA/LOPA quality, audit performance, MOC effectiveness, PSI governance.
- Lead process safety culture initiatives and leadership development.
- Support asset risk management and insurance initiatives.
