Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Regional Process Technologist to shape manufacturing technology strategy across Lubrizol's operations. You will lead process development, scale-up, and deployment of safe, sustainable technologies to improve performance and growth, collaborating across sites and functions.

You'll own technology roadmaps, monitor performance, advise leadership, and drive enterprise-wide adoption of best practices within the MET framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Experience in chemical process development, process engineering, manufacturing technology or scale-up.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technology programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and define technology strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of process development, scale-up, debottlenecking and manufacturing technology initiatives delivering business value.
• Develop technical strategies, business cases and implementation plans with success metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams and guide project scope, resources, risk and investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards across sites.
• Own technology strategies and roadmaps for selected areas and deploy MET framework.
