Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Sr Director, Global Distribution Operations & Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics, optimize multi-site warehousing, and improve customer delivery through a global network.

You will shape strategies across 3PL partners, manage international transportation, champion continuous improvement, and build high-performing teams across time zones. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business administration, logistics, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive logistics experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience leading global logistics networks including air/ocean freight and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise logistics and distribution strategies across company run and 3PL managed centers.
• Lead large, complex distribution operations delivering sustained service and productivity gains.
• Provide strategic oversight of global transportation operations including inbound, outbound and intercompany logistics.
• Champion continuous improvement with standardized processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Lead global matrixed teams through complexity and change amid transformation.
• Manage global 3PL and carrier performance to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
• Drive distribution process optimization, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives.
