Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Sr Director, Global Distribution Operations & Logistics, to lead end-to-end worldwide logistics, distribution networks, and cost optimization. You will steer multi-site warehousing, transportation, and DBS-driven improvements while ensuring compliant, resilient operations across Cytiva’s network of plants, centers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business admin, logistics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years in logistics, distribution, and transportation operations.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading global logistics networks incl. air/ocean freight.
• Budget ownership at or above $100M; P&L accountability.
• Strong partnerships with 3PL and carriers.
• International team leadership across time zones.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute enterprise logistics and distribution strategies.
• Lead large, complex distribution operations across multiple sites.
• Provide strategic oversight of global transportation, inbound/outbound.
• Champion continuous improvement and standardization across network.
• Lead matrixed organizations through change and transformation.
• Manage global 3PL and carrier performance for cost efficiency.
• Drive distribution process optimization and DBS-based improvements.
