Job summary

Xylem in Auburn, New York is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives at the site, partnering with leaders and frontline teams to deliver measurable cost, quality and productivity gains.

You will drive cross‑functional projects, kaizen events, and standard work improvements, with growth opportunities across the broader Xylem CI journey and limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–5 years of manufacturing experience with continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean and CI tools; ability to manage large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects across the site.
• Drive kaizen and rapid improvement events; apply Lean Six Sigma tools to root-cause issues.
• Support teams in removing barriers to performance and sustain results.
