Job summary

Xylem in Auburn, NY is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to advance operational excellence at our Auburn production facility. You will lead cross-functional CI projects, streamline processes, and apply Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and costs.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 1–5 years in manufacturing, and proven ability to lead change, drive kaizen events, and collaborate across the organization. Onsite work with regular travel and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 1–5 years manufacturing CI experience with measurable results.
• Strong Lean and CI tool knowledge; lead large initiatives.
• Capable to lead change and communicate with stakeholders.
• Pursuit of Lean Six Sigma or related certs encouraged.

Responsibilities
