Mondelēz Global LLC is seeking a Sr. Director – Global Law, North America and Global Professional Services Spend Area to lead the legal strategy for North America’s Supply Chain initiatives and global procurement.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in a large, international law firm and multinational corporate in-house legal department.
JD or equivalent degree with ability to be licensed in the employed jurisdiction.
Deep expertise in US and international contract law supporting Supply Chain initiatives and negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead a small team of lawyers, including one in Mexico.
Provide strategic legal counsel on NA Supply Chain initiatives and cross-border transactions.
Set negotiation strategy for NA and global suppliers and cross-functional reviews.
Drive improvement of contracting strategy, templates, and positions.
Oversee internal and external counsel with clear risk‑based guidance.
