Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a large international law firm or multinational corporate in-house legal department.
• Deep expertise in U.S. and international contract law and negotiations with global suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage supplier-related claims and provide strategic legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior legal team and oversee NA Supply Chain-related contracts and cross-border agreements.
• Set and drive the legal strategy for negotiations with NA and global suppliers.
• Advise on contractual risk, templates, and negotiating standards; partner with litigation leads.
