• Experience managing complex variance investigations and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to influence across teams in a global organizational structure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Operations.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Global Inventory Control to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This leader will own a global inventory control function with a strong focus on accuracy, governance, and financial integrity across a complex supply chain. The role will partner closely with operations, finance, audit, and supplier-facing teams to strengthen control design and support reliable reporting. This is a highly visible leadership position that will shape inventory assurance practices and drive standardization across a global organization.

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Compensation: $292,000 – $442,750 annually

• Build and develop a team of five inventory control specialists across multiple inventory categories
