You will build a team, own SOX 404 compliance, partner with operations, finance, and audit, and drive standardization across supplier networks to strengthen reporting and control design.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in inventory control or operations finance in high-tech or semiconductor environments.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in inventory accounting and financial controls.
• Clear ownership of SOX 404 compliance processes and audit management.
• Proficiency in SAP modules relevant to inventory management and financial integration.
• Experience managing complex variance investigations and reconciliation processes.
• Ability to influence across teams in a global organizational structure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of five inventory control specialists across multiple inventory categories
• Oversee global inventory assurance and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate reporting
• Manage SOX 404 compliance and lead audit engagements for inventory controls
• Design the control framework to support transitions in inventory ownership models
• Implement continuous control assessment and anomaly detection systems
• Drive organizational change and standardization across supplier networks
