THE·TEAM provides representation and marketing services to talent, brands and properties across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide. The role sits within the Hospitality team, delivering white glove experiences for major brands, leading client activations, and guiding project teams from brief to execution.

The postholder will drive growth, oversee budgets and operations, mentor staff, and maintain high standards of excellence in all client deliverables and communications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years as an event planner in high-end hosting or hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple direct reports.
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior clients.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end account delivery including operations and logistics.
• Mentor and lead multiple direct reports toward programme goals.
• Define team structure, contracts, budgets, and timelines.
• Build client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee budgets of $1M+ and ensure quality outputs.
• Maintain cross-team communication and supplier relationships.
• Support growth and align teams with client objectives.
• Provide leadership and training to the account team.
