Job summary

VSP Vision Care seeks a senior finance leader to head accounting, reporting, and financial analysis for assigned lines of business. You will ensure GAAP and NAIC MAR compliance, coordinate with auditors and regulators, and drive improvements in reporting and controls.

You will partner with executive teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, overseeing a team and shaping financial policy across domestic operations.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and MAR understanding required.
• Strong project management and leadership experience.

• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned LOB.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, MAR and regulatory requirements.
• Direct preparation and review of financial statements for LOBs.
• Act as main finance contact for LOBs with cross-functional teams.
• Streamline reporting processes and disseminate financial information.
• Monitor financial and control risks and coordinate with auditors and regulators.
• Oversee internal controls and new accounting guidance implementation.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.
