VSP Vision seeks a senior strategic leader to drive cross-organizational initiatives and help shape long-term business plans from the CEO and Executive Team. You will analyze the vision care and broader healthcare landscape, develop pragmatic solutions, and track progress against strategic goals.

You will partner with business leaders to identify opportunities, create actionable metrics, and ensure timely execution of initiatives that enhance profit, value, and competitive position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or related field.
• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, strategy or management consulting, research, data analytics, market analysis, or competitive intelligence.
• Working knowledge and experience in the vision, healthcare or insurance industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on simplicity of messaging.
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint.
• Ability to use logic and think through future implications.
• Proven ability and willingness to work through details and execute.
• Integrity and confidentiality in handling information.
• Desire to explore all business areas to identify opportunities and outline solutions.
• Energy and enthusiasm for new ideas.
• Remote/hybrid engagement for WFH roles with camera presence in virtual environments.

Responsabilités

• Conduct research and analyses to support strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Assist in developing business strategies to improve profit, enterprise value, and competitive position.
• Support development of enterprise, pillar, and line of business strategies.
• Participate in longer-term planning and annual operational planning.
• Coordinate and prepare content for Board of Directors and Committee meetings.
• Develop insights on the vision care, healthcare, and insurance industries and related trends.
