Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Global Event Marketing (Canada Remote) to lead a global events program that elevates brand visibility and drives pipeline. You will own strategy, messaging, and measurement, partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

The ideal candidate brings deep B2B event marketing experience, strong event-tech know-how, and a track record translating event activity into measurable results and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in corporate B2B event marketing.
• Hands-on exhibitor experience at trade shows.
• Experience planning mid-size user conferences and dinner series.

Responsibilities

• Own the full events program: strategy, budget, messaging and execution.
• Manage trade shows from pre-show marketing to on-site delivery.
• Ensure sponsored events grow the customer database and pipeline.
• Develop and execute the company’s own events, from dinners to conferences.
• Project manage each event and maintain a single source of truth for details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes.
• Provide quarterly insights on event performance to leadership.
