Job summary

ADI Global Distribution seeks a Senior Director, Enterprise Applications to own strategy, delivery, modernization, and performance of its core enterprise apps. You will lead ERP, CRM, warehouse, order management and related platforms, including Epicor P21, SAP, Salesforce, and Manhattan, with a global, cross-functional remit.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and others to simplify the app landscape, standardize processes, and ensure investments deliver measurable business value

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise applications and ERP programs.
• Proven modernization and transformation of ERP landscapes.
• Deep knowledge of wholesale / distribution or complex supply chains.
• Experience with Epicor P21, SAP or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Experience with WMS and supply-chain platforms; Manhattan preferred.
• Strong grasp of integration and end-to-end business processes.
• Experience managing vendors, integrators, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive global applications strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans.
• Lead ERP modernization across Epicor P21, SAP, and related platforms.
• Oversee Salesforce and other customer platforms to boost sales effectiveness.
• Provide tech leadership for warehouse, order, inventory, and fulfillment systems.
• Ensure major implementations, integrations, and releases are delivery-quality.
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps with measurable value.
• Manage vendors, partners, and costs while maintaining secure, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with EA, Tech Ops, and Cyber Security for a trusted tech stack.
