Job summary

R2 Global seeks an experienced Director of Enterprise Systems to lead its global enterprise applications strategy, with a strong focus on D365 and Navision.

You will oversee ERP and shared systems across manufacturing, production, distribution and other business functions, partnering with the CIO and senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires 12+ years in enterprise applications and a track record of global ERP transformation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise applications and business technology.
• Experience with global ERP transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of architecture, integration and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global enterprise systems strategy, roadmap and priorities.
• Lead large-scale ERP transformation, implementation, and optimisation programmes.
• Oversee performance, security and regulatory compliance of enterprise apps.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement across systems.
• Manage budgets, vendors and service providers.
• Partner with executives to align tech investments with business goals.
• Build high-performing global teams across applications and support.
• Ensure governance, risk, audit requirements are met.
