Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc. seeks a Sr. Director of Global Product Management for Enabling Technologies to lead AR-guided surgical solutions and related planning/navigation platforms.

This senior role demands strategic direction across R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams in a remote U.S. setting. You will own the roadmap, drive the gate-based development process, and influence partnerships and acquisitions to expand platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in enabling technology — robotics, AR surgical guidance, and/or navigation platforms.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in upstream global product management with formal NPD/stage-gate process.
• Orthopedic or medical device industry background.

Responsibilities

• Lead global upstream product management across enabling technologies including AR surgical guidance, cloud-based planning, and navigation systems.
• Drive full new product development lifecycle from ideation to clinical validation and launch using a structured gate process.
• Serve as strategic orchestrator across R&D, software, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Manage and develop a growing team of global product managers and plan headcount expansion.
