Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Enabling Technologies portfolio. You will drive development and commercialization of advanced surgical software, data intelligence, and digital solutions to improve orthopedic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field and 6–10 years in product management or medical device marketing.
• 4+ years in medical device marketing or sales with upstream product development exposure preferred.
• Strong fluency with digital tools and data analytics; software development platforms or engineering experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead upstream product strategy and innovation for Enovis Enabling Technology portfolio.
• Define product vision, roadmaps and priorities aligned with business goals.
• Develop market analyses and commercialization strategies for new technologies.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales and clinical teams to drive launches.
